As READI projects move forward, the Wabash River RDA seeks a partnerships with an organization to administer, monitor and provide reporting on the progress made towards each project’s goals. The grant administer will work alongside each project and its stakeholders to ensure the IEDC is given proper updates and each project is in accordance with the timelines and funding parameters. The grant administer will build relationships with each project and have a vast understanding of the region’s environmental, political, tourism and economic climate.
The grant administer will also be responsible for telling and carrying out the region’s story and showcasing the individuality of each project. As projects progress, the administer will coordinate events such as groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and open houses, and invite state leadership to include local and state participation and attendance. Logistics of these events will be handled by the grant administrator, including social media updates, press and media management, etc.
The grant administer will benefit the region and have a direct impact on the success of each project, and West Central Indiana collectively.
