Courtyard + Residence Inn and Parking Garage (Downtown Terre Haute)

The Courtyard + Residence Inn will sit along Wabash Avenue right down the street from the Terre Haute Convention Center. The addition of these hotels will add a total of 204 guestrooms, 114 Courtyard guestrooms and 90 Residence Inn guestrooms, to downtown.

The eight-story building will include a three floor garage with a 2nd floor connector to the Hilton Garden Inn on the other side of seventh street. The three-floor garage will add an additional 295 parking spaces.. Along with the hotel, a 1,600 square foot retail space will be added. The Courtyard + Residence Inn offers luxurious stays for visitors as they offer numerous styles of guestrooms to accommodate each guest’s needs including spacious rooms of numerous styles
