WTHI - A popular Terre Haute attraction hopes to expand, and the owners think it could be a tourism boost worthy of support from the county through grant disbursements and other funding.
Inside INdiana Business - Indianapolis-based Radiant Communities Development Corp. on Friday announced plans for a $14 million housing project in Sullivan. The developer said the project will include 40 lease-to-purchase townhomes and single-family homes.
Inside Indiana Business - The city of Sullivan has completed renovation work on its new city hall building. The project was supported with $1.5 million in funding from the Indiana Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative, or READI, for the city’s Central Plaza Corridor.

The Wabash River RDA, which spans six counties, received $20 million in READI funds in late 2021, and Terre Haute Mayor Duke Bennett calls the funding critical for the region.
