TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Thrive West Central is celebrating the completion of a housing project on Terre Haute’s east side.
A check presentation ceremony was held, marking the completion of the Terre Vista Glen project. The developer received a $120,000 check through Thrive West Central’s Homes for the Future initiative. The development adds ten new homes to the community.
