TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Thrive West Central is celebrating the completion of a new workforce housing development in Terre Haute.
The River Valley Apartments project is located on North 4th Street in Terre Haute.
It includes 40 single-story rentals, including ADA accessible units. Residents will also have access to a full line up of amenities.
