ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) — The Ritz Theatre in Rockville, a beloved community landmark since the 1920s, has recently undergone significant upgrades.
Nancy Thomas, president of the Parke Players, expressed her excitement about receiving a grant from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. "We were, we were just really ecstatic, when Ready Grant came by with $211,000… uh… wow," Thomas said. The grant has funded renovations including new stage lights, curtains, updated wiring, and an upgraded HVAC system.
